Angie Hendren, LISW, LISW-S
Angie Hendren is a licensed independent social worker and clinical supervisor with over 20 years of experience in mental health and social work. She is EMDR-trained and works with children and adults impacted by trauma, substance use disorders, and addiction.
Angie’s clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care and incorporates motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy. She has developed a broad range of therapeutic skills to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals, with particular expertise in co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Central to Angie’s work is her commitment to being a steady, stabilizing presence, especially during times of overwhelm. She believes healing occurs through safety, trust, and collaboration and strives to build dependable therapeutic relationships that support resilience, growth, and long-term recovery.
In addition to her clinical practice, Angie provides supervision as a LISW-S and is dedicated to mentoring clinicians while advancing ethical, effective behavioral health care.

Nina Rodriguez, LISW
Nina Rodriguez is a licensed independent social worker who focuses on empowering clients with the tools and insight needed to heal, grow, and thrive in today’s complex world. She brings extensive experience providing mental and behavioral health services across a variety of settings and works with children, adolescents, and parents.
Nina’s clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She also proudly serves as a sponsor for the Alateen 12-Step Program, supporting youth affected by family substance use.
Nina is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and values building collaborative, supportive relationships that promote healing and long-term well-being.

Kendall Weber, LISW
Kendall is a licensed clinical social worker with nearly a decade of experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations. She earned her master’s degree in Social Work from Spring Arbor University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
Kendall specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults and has extensive experience in school-based settings supporting students in grades K–12. She helps clients navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. Prior to her work in schools, Kendall provided therapeutic services to incarcerated adults, delivering trauma-informed and substance use treatment in both individual and group settings.
Kendall brings a warm, collaborative, and solution-focused approach to her work. Drawing from a holistic perspective, she partners with clients to build meaningful, functional, and fulfilling lives.
